Following are our regular rates and fees. If this is prohibitively expensive, please explain your circumstances in the form and we will do our best to accommodate.
The capacity of the house depends on the make-up of the group. Technically the house sleeps 30 in its seven bedrooms plus two in the gazebo, but a group of that many adults would be quite crowded, could overwhelm the septic system, and might upset the neighbors. We equipped the house with extra bunk-beds in six of the seven bedrooms primarily for convenience and flexibility to accommodate families with young children. A group of 5-6 families with 2-3 kids each of various ages works quite well in this house, with little kids sleeping in the bunk-beds in their parents’ room and older kids enjoying their own space in the lower level bunkrooms and rec room. We generally avoid renting to groups with more than 15 adults/teenagers.
There is also a lakefront gazebo that is fully climate-controlled, making it a fun sleeping spot for 1-2 adventurous souls who don’t mind schlepping up the hill to use the bathroom. If this describes someone in your group, then it’s effectively an 8th bedroom.
Dogs may be allowed if they’re house-trained, non-destructive, and won’t be left outside barking. Advance approval required. Tell us about your dog/s and we'll consider. Sorry, no cats (homeowner is allergic).
