The loft serves as a peaceful gathering space for the four bedrooms on this floor, and the northern and southern exposure offers the best views in the house.
An open rec space in the lower level offers a pool table, ping pong, air hockey, shuffleboard, and bubble hockey (like foosball but with hockey players), multiple TVs including an HD projector and large auto-lowering screen for movie night, the big game, or gaming on the Playstation 5 with an assortment of popular games. There's also some basic equipment for those who need to get in their workout. This space provides views out to the lake and direct access to the firepit area and hot-tub.
